So I’ve recently started knitting [my friend Sebbie and I decided to buy knitting needles and yarn and learn!] It’s the most addicting hobby ever.. no wonder granny’s knit all the time. I just wanted to show everyone [mostly Kyle!] what I created the other day… I’m so proud!
[I’m currently knitting his identical, yet somewhat-better-looking twin!]
Allie's Voicemail:
Hi, this is Allie! For some reason I'm not near my phone.. so leave a message and I'll get back to you!
*Long pause*
Mom:
Are you pooping? Is that why you're not answering your phone? Are you pooping? It's just your mom, returning your earlier call.. phone me! Love you.
OMG.. my mom is hilarious and disgusting at the same time.
Look! I am la art! I’m so productive all the time, can’t you tell? I should get an award for doing the most work when no one’s looking.
In other news, I’m going to see Umoja again. It was SO good and in Toronto for only a short time… at least seeing it twice will hold me over until it returns again one day. I can’t wait!
My mom and I went to St. Lawrence market today and I wandered downstairs to the tea area.. I found this Yogi Tea! I’m enjoying a huge mug of it right now and it’s so delicious! Yum yum yum. :)
Words cannot describe how amazing Umoja is! I think *everyone* should check it out should they get the chance… the best two and a half hours of my life! I’ve never felt so energized and excited and captivated by something. I love Umoja so much I could marry it! Go see it!
